Human beings are not commodities or animals to have exchanges as they like. the judgement has to be reviewed by referring to a fuller bench constituing the entire supreme court judges. there is a possibility for Nithyananda to escape based on this judgement who has gone to th eextent of creating agreements for sexual exchanges.
