As any thing implemented is governed by people who matters.

We cannot expect a better Prime Minister when his working environment is managed by the right or wrong people elected by us.

Out of all the players, only Unitech & Swan, being the smaller sized & relatively newer players in this field have been charge sheeted. The government has made scapegoats of these 2 & is now keen to wrap up the investigations.See for more details.
The 3rd chargesheet will show what the intentions of the government are, which I fear are simply to prove to the country that they have dealt with the guilty in the 2g case & frame Unitech & Swan totally in the case, while giving the bigger & powerful players a clean chit (Tatas, Ruias, Ambanis, Birlas)!Whereas they are as much involved.
