		<description>No woman should have to tolerate an environment that necessitates such caution. I hope the world can be a safer place for women more and more, and that countries can learn from each other how to manage this problem.

Having said that, I don&#039;t think mutilating criminals is the solution. Although I&#039;m sure the author was writing more to titillate than to make serious proposals, and writing out of justifiable frustration rather than serious consideration, it&#039;s no wonder feminism isn&#039;t making as many friends among men as it could when the women who are a part of it don&#039;t watch what they say. Men should get on board with feminism, but not because they have to tolerate commentary like that. At a time when the barbarism of female genital mutilation is starting to be addressed, it makes no sense to talk about mutilating the genitalia of men, whether they &quot;deserve&quot; it or no.
