I know – I saw I it (uncut – in Chicago, USA), and I am not even a devotee of Kamal Haasan. It compares favorably with top grossing Hollywood action thrillers, and has in ample measure the spicy ingredients an average moviegoer in the Western world craves. To boot, it boasts a formidable halo of being banned in a dozen countries around the world. Thus it is viable to re-release Viswaroopam Hollywood distribution channels in major world markets including the US, Europe, Russia, Australia, China, Japan, Korea, Mexico and so forth. It is just a matter of dubbing the tracks into major world languages. The budget was reportedly under US$ 30 million. At that price point, ideologically sympathetic Hollywood agents would find the project irresistible to capitalize on. Will Kamal (no longer homeless) Haasan launch Viswaroopam in Hollywood and redeem his fortune, seize universal fame, and at the same time unshackle his art?

Jayalalitha should note this and learn from this.
