		<description>A &quot;leak&quot; is information from some &quot;flunky&quot; (i.e. someone below top policy making power elite leaders) about a failure of leadership.  It reveals information embarrassing by revealing incompetence or duplicity or both by the power elite.  The power elite does not like that.  It does not make them look good when they should not look good.

We need more &quot;leaks&quot; as a society.</description>
