		<description>I remember when Charles Krauthammer said back in January that Obama would start to own the recession 6 months into his term. Alot of people laughed at that prediction and said it wouldn&#039;t be until 1-2 years into his term that he would own it. But now, based on all the polling, he was right on.</description>
