Here goes another black athletes (#4) career down the tubes! So what he may or may not have lied. So what he took steriods. He's being indited not proven guilty, the trial has even happen yet(watch more law in order or better yet read a book; hello people innocent until proven guilty common legal maranda) What about that white guy who played for the red soxs who looked like he was taking steriods, the one that made some type of record about 5yrs ago (red hair?) any way they didn't question him.
Back in the days racisim was out in the open now its rearing it ugly little head threw meliciousness. Now when caucasions (specifically americans) read my comment they wont understand and they can't because they haven't been born into supression in american culture where whites are still seen a the majority (the stronger) and people of color the minority (the lesser). Please just take the time to sit down and imagine how it would be if you were black and...constently thought of a as maybe...a rapper, rappiest, robber, violent, uneducated. Its time for America to wake up. Equal is equal. Everyone in the baseball league should be test for steriods not just Barry Bonds. And yes he should keep his title. Just because you take steriods dosent mean your going to win a million games......

The US has enough soccer fans to make the MLS one of the top 4 sports leagues in the country, but 2/3 prefer to watch European and Latin American soccer. Any plans to entice these fans by going to a single table, fall to spring season or promotion/ relegation?

Many retired professional football players have crippling, permanent injuries. Could it be time crack down on excessive roughness. Would dropping some of the equipment, to create incentives to play the sport less brutally, be effective?

Unfortunately, in this day and age, more and more Sports Stars have alter-ego's as criminals for morbid and disgraceful crimes. If it is decided that Barry Bonds' records are put in the books, why not include Pete Rose?

Absolutely not! Bond's use of drugs should eviscerate his record and his lying to a Federal grand jury should land him in prison.

To suggest that professional athletes should not be held accountable for their behavior is absurd and reflects the general decline in ethical standards in this country as evidenced by Bonds, Enron, Ney, et al.

I think Bonds is a common criminal, and the issue is turning baseball into a joke. It will be almost impossibly hard for Selig to crack down, but would save face in the long run.

Who's to say that Hank Aaron wasn't taking something to help improve his performance...records are overrated. It's entertainment coupled with loads of $$$. We shouldn't expect so much out of sport players (ethically speaking).
