File this in the what-was-he-thinking? department: CNBC “Fast Money” anchor Dylan Ratigan was caught on-air making faces at the camera during Maria Bartiromo’s exclusive interview with Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton this afternoon.During a segment on the mortgage crisis, the camera cut to an unsuspecting Ratigan. For sure, they were just face yoga¬†exercises.

I caught this too. When they first cut away to him, it looked like he was caught off guard – someone in the control room obviously made a mistake and Dylan was not prepared. But 10 seconds later, they cut away to him AGAIN and he’s clearly smirking at the camera as to Mock Hillary’s proposals.
