I too was presented with the limited availabilty when I ordered online but recieved it within three days. I am currently packing it back into its box for return. I am to my own dismay not satisfied with the phone, it is not convienent, the keyboard is awful and if you have fingers larger then the width of a straw then it may not work for you either.I was dissappointed that the screen would freeze quite often, and split into two leaving remenants of the previous page still visable. Overall I think great concept howevr some kinks to work out, will leave to others to work out. I have recently purchased the storm.
