Why the sudden modesty from a CEO known for extreme ego and hubris?A company that has over $25 billion in cash but is unable to maintain employment levels, deliver products on schedule, or maintain market share has severe management problems. If I were a Stanford graduate seeking employment, I would see little reason to work for Microsoft. The only disruption occurring at Microsoft is the crumbling occurring under the weight of bureaucracy.
