Is it price gouging if they keep the cost the same but take away features? If so, T-Mobile's just whipped their gouging-knives out and set their sights on the $25 Android data plan. The old plan included unlimited data and 400 text messages a month for just a hair under twenty-five dollars. According to Android and Me, T-Mo has made the decision to cut the text messages out of that plan.Visit http://www.i4u.com/article26184.html for more details info.

Mytouch and G1 are not "the same", less keyboard.. There is more memory on the Mytouch and The phone has a different look to it.. You could have gone to a Tmobile store and looked at a demo phone before pre-ordering it.. Who are you mad at ?

Both AT&T and TMobile have GSM .. It's the 3G frequencies where they are different.. I don't know the reasoning behind it either. The different carriers in Europe seem to be able to use the same frequencies.. you can happily switch carriers and keep your phone.
