		<description>I sure don&#039;t see any problems.  Maybe Comcast can make something out of this aged network.  I think GE thought they could make something good out of anything they touched.  Reminds me of someone trying to rebuild a Yugo and thinking they would have a reliable car.</description>

		<description>Given the concentration content and distribution assets -why is little regulatory scrutiny expected?  IMO this is a tipping point in negotiating power between smaller content providers and the &quot;Network&quot;.  Potential for first subtle then egregious abuse is high.  I doubt these sanguine reactions would prevail from Comcast and GE if it were Google buying CBS.</description>
