@Kewlkarz711 It remains to be seen whether those features are considered valuable to enough customers. Apple has done just fine, thank you, without replaceable batteries and external memory in both the iPhones and iPad.

This year isn’t the year of 4G. Next year, when 4G is mature, Apple will sell an iPad that has it, and Xoomers will still be tethered to last year’s model and a six-week wait for an upgrade to protect their $800 investment.

Pricing is key to success. The iPad isn’t exactly disposable, but it takes a lot less disposable income to buy one, and then buy another next year.

We’ll see who has the marketing thing down better.

Really!!! Of course they are selling the Xoom higher than an entry level iPad it has more memory, higher screen resolution, expandable flash drive, and can be upgraded to 4G for free, oh, and you can replace the battery if you want.

Sooo… What, you want them to sell a Xoom that has better technology for less money than a simple base iPad????

Well then as a stubborn consumer who wants their cake and eat it too, I’ll wait on pulling the trigger until Apple includes the higher-res screen.
