This is the presumption when anyone invests in a corporation's stock. It's nice that Arianna wants to do something for society, but she needs to use her own money, not the money that others have entrusted to her. It's bad enough that CEO's are able to manipulate corporate practice to become repugnantly overpaid, without using shareholder equity for personal quests. CEO’s are supposed to run corporations in the shareholders’ interests first. This is the presumption when anyone invests in a corporation’s stock. It’s nice that Arianna wants to do something for society, but she needs to use her own money, not the money that others have entrusted to her.
