How does anyone take those "reviewers" seriously? As one who works in the restaurant industry, I can tell you that while Yelp reviews are paid attention to, they're mostly dismissed as uninformed and high school bully-like. We definitely prefer Zagat or Open Table. So, this might be a good place for Google to go... and awesome for people like me with Google phones! I will say, there is this waiter on YouTube who reviews CUSTOMERS and preaches what we have to endure. Giving us a voice. I suggest you check him out. He's bitter, funny, cute, angry, satirical, and truthful. I've seen his page grow from 20 subscribers to over 2,000! He deserves more, I think.
