Automating a business process and getting a patent to block others is an example of bad patent practice -- IMHO.

What Amazon did is not &quot;invention&quot; it is some good, practical coding. Shouldn&#039;t have been patent-able.</description>

		<description>Well, patent trolls are no different than the copyright trolls who create nothing and claim everything because of the actions of a bunch of paid off politicians.  They take away the freedom of the people and use public property to convert the public into private property.

Yes, they are trolls.  Yes, they own copyrights to the work of others.  No, they should not be permitted to buy such things, to transfer those rights.  Trolls!</description>
