Do you see it as a positive thing that homeowners, having lost up to or over 30% of their home's value are getting shafted by overpaying property taxes, which in many places were high to the point of thievery before home values dropped? I'm sure struggling homeowners are very "thankful" when they get the tax bill for property value that doesn't even exist anymore. what do you mean “thankfully not yet”?
