Do you see it as a positive thing that homeowners, having lost up to or over 30% of their home&#039;s value are getting shafted by overpaying property taxes, which in many places were high to the point of thievery before home values dropped?  I&#039;m sure struggling homeowners are very &quot;thankful&quot; when they get the tax bill for property value that doesn&#039;t even exist anymore.</description>
