Meet Zhao Xiuguo, driver of China’s fastest Formula One car, by virtue of being the country’s ONLY Formula One car. Zhao and his brother built it from scrap metal, and now apparently they just drive around waiting for somebody else to get one, so they’ll have the opportunity to be number two. Meanwhile, this is a definite caption challenge for readers.
