You know those “performance artists” you see in various public places, who hold perfectly still and try to make you think they’re a statue? It turns out one of them isn’t quite as good as he thought he was.
The guy sneaked into a pit housing around 2,000 ancient lifesize pottery warriors and horses in Xian, China, donned the military costume he had made himself, and took up a position on a small pedestal he had brought along. It took a whole couple of minutes for him to be discovered. Here is the story:
