I thought everybody knew this rule: when you use a public bathroom, you always wash your hands if somebody is watching. A story from Texas illustrates once again what can happen. Deanna Boyd, of the Star-Telegram, reports:

Handwashing is especially necessary following public bathroom usage unless one suffers from a handwashing complex in which case it you be avoided at all costs( as part of the healing process)
