Welcome to the roadkill squirrel topless girlie show…

February 1, 2007

There is probably nothing else like it anywhere on Earth, and we can probably be thankful for that.

A stuffed squirrel clutches a fishing rod. A dead badger hefts a football for a winning pass. Other late animals enjoy a carousel ride and something called the “Topless Girlie Show.”

It’s true. The man behind this roadkill romp is a semi-retired funeral director who says he created these unlikely scenarios to cheer up guests mourning their loved ones. “This is to show kids when they come for a funeral and they cry,” he says.

I don’t know if that means if they don’t stop crying they will have to look at it again, or what.
