Say, can you direct me to the ruffians?

“Hey, Mister, I just got to town with $50,000 cash in my pockets. Where can I put it so the rapscallions won’t get it?”

Yes, it’s that time again, when fashion designers turn their attention to the lucrative police decoy market. The perfect outfit says to the rogue element, “I’m an oaf who’s ripe for the picking,” without being too obvious. Here are some other posts on the subject:

“Hi, I’m your Internet date…”

And, for the well-dressed police decoy…

The decoy game is pretty competitive these days. There are not enough scalawags and knaves to go around. The smart decoy needs an edge. We think the outfit shown here, from Portugal’s fashion week, is the best of the season. White shoes sold separately.

After years of ridicule in high school for being a geek, Donnie thought that he deserved an apology at the 10 year reunion…and though his former classmates had to agree that he had developed into quite a stud, his Willy Wonka-inspired clothes still left them all snickering behind their hands…

Mike tried to walk with poise and confidence, but his concentration was destroyed by images in his mind of Jim Carrey in “Dumb and Dumber”.

The only thing that would make this outfit acceptable is if the clothes are held together by velcro and that guy is really a stripper.

That looks like the tux my husband wore at our wedding!

Well, of course he looks ridiculous. He isn’t wearing the felt top hat that goes with it.

He looks like a miscreant. I don’t think they get along with the ruffians.

Yeah, there are so many great colorful words for these scamps and scoundrels that just don’t find their way into daily conversation. It would be enough to make me consider the police decoy profession, if I didn’t have to dress like this.

The hair does nothing for me.

I was under the impression this was a blog - not some sort of caption competition. could someone kindly inform K of this. Or get him to at least make his captions worthwhile!
