This is we call sauna in finland “Reilu meininki”
and that is a hell of the good thing to get the bad spirit out of there, of the heart

Apparently Finns don’t need to cook their meals; they just eat their food raw and let the sauna do the trick.

(Seriously? 110C? That’s 10 degrees above the boiling point of water!)

Well, I like my sauna a bit less warm, like around 80-90 C but then I am able to stay there for 20-30 minutes.
