Legislation by the fistful…

I’m a student, doing a report on the legislative process in Bolivia. Can you give me any information on that?

Sure, Tommy, I love to help with school reports. I think this 31- second video clip showing legislators in Bolivia beating the living snot out of each other pretty much shows the process.

I believe they must have modelled it after a similar system in Taiwan, which I reported on here recently. Of course, I could be wrong about all of this.
