tags-300.jpgBlog Guy, all of a sudden I see a bunch of words on the right side of your blog pages - they say TAGS at the top What’s up with those?

Those are tags.

Well, duh.

They make life better. Suppose you want to read blog posts I’ve done on a certain theme, you just click on one and find tons of items. , , the ,  and so on. And the sections will grow as I tag other items.

No way! Do you have a  section? That’s big in the blogosphere.

victoria-160.jpgYou bet, You can read the latest stuff about gyrocopters, homemade submarines and other hot technology.

You got a section about those models?

Are you stupid? If it can drive cheap and easy traffic to my blog, I’ve got it!

What’s your favorite tags section?

I guess that would be the one called . Go try it out.

You’ve got some nerve using the “humor” tag.

And what happened to “hell” and “irony” in that grab?

What an eagle eye you have. It turned out there weren’t enough references to justify a hell tag, and one man’s irony is another man’s whatever… On the other hand, I added DEATH and TV, which is a pretty good swap in my book.

All the guys letting themselves be chased by bulls, sticking their bodies out a window of a car going 80 mph around the inside of a cylindrical track, hanging from cranes, and participating in high-heeled foot races, and you don’t have an “insane” tag?

Guilty.

I’ve checked out Bob’s Favorites. How can you not get a literary reference like “Ack!”? Breathed would be offended.

Charlene, it turned out - and I was as surprised as anyone - I’m not legally authorized to label people as insane. Yes, that’s the sort of world we live in.
