We’ve had some technical problems recently over at Oddly Enough Studios in elegant Times Square.

Bottom Line: Whomever was supposed to edit out Chad Ruble’s comments about e-hookers and e-booze in today’s segment on e-cigarettes didn’t get around to it. So, parental discretion is advised. This is Chad uncensored.
