palin-global-initiative-2-200.jpgOh, what the heck is Cindy on about now?

She’s my boss’s wife, so I can’t say anything, but I’m tryin’ to watch “Burn After Reading,” and she’s here singin’ “Copacabana.” And she’s gettin’ the words WRONG! This is embarrassing!

Maybe I’ll get that Secret Service guy over here! What is it I say again? “Garçon! Oh, garçon!

Why can’t people just give her a chance? Wait a few weeks and at least until after their debate to pass judgement on her! If we are going to just start voting on looks along well biden will lose right now. I say lets hear her out!!!

ooh, now isn’t this fun? *joins*
lets see:

1) 2 years of college that has nothing whatsoever to do with what I actually do for a living.

2) Mom was a telephone operator and Dad was a shrimp boat captain.

2) I tught myself programming and graphics skills and now build websites. I was never in the Marines. I did give birth to 2 kids who are now teenagers, so I guess it can be said that I have seen active combat. Daily. Surely that must chalk up some credibility points? I don’t have one to whip out and lay on the table, so in that particular aspect of the contest, I guess I’m out.

4) I’m 49, and so I’ve lived through a whole bunch of presidents. Based on such factors as foreign policy, fiscal responsibility, environmental activism, and at least lip service to health care, I choose to be a Democrat. I really could care less about abortion…my retirement does not depend on whether somebody wants a child or not, and if there was a concern that should be a presidential concern, it should be that too many children are born into abject poverty and our educational system is in the toilet. Republicans don’t address any concerns that are important to me, but thanks for the drama and for the tax-and-spend angle, it always makes me laugh when I look at the national debt during any given Republican presidency.
