Blog Guy, I’ve printed out all of your posts about photojournalism and memorized them, and I’m ready for more. What is the single most important element of a newsworthy photo?
It needs to have Madonna in it.
Uh, not to question your expertise or anything, but wouldn’t that get tiresome?
You’d think so, wouldn’t you? But just since she started her “Sticky and Sweet” tour we’ve issued nearly 200 shots of her, and the total for 2008 is up around 500 Madonna photos.
Aren’t all those concert shots just about the same?
No. Some of them may actually be published, like the ones you see here, while others are so gross nobody would ever use them.
I don’t see any of those here.
Right, see, I said they wouldn’t be used anywhere.
Why would you take pictures that nobody will publish?

I think there comes a point in ever woman’s life when she passes out of the “sexy lingerie” stage…and into the “moomoo’s and crocheted sweaters” stage. I understand that Madonna is proud of how well her body has held up to the elements over the last 300 years…but come on. At what point will she stop?

Madonna looks good for her age but I have to agree with “K’s” comment, there is an age to where a female performer should pass down the lingere to a younger female entertainer.
I tend to look at the Les Paul Classic guitar more than her.
Post more Pussycat Dolls in their lingere! That’s what I’m talking ’bout!
