Blog Guy, I’ve read that rich guy Bill Gates is a very good card-player. Would that be because he’s so smart, and understands the odds and probability and stuff?

Hardly. It’s because of this ploy he uses called the Old Redmond Nose-Shovel.

As you can see in the photo below, he makes players to his left think he is doing something pretty gross, thus distracting them at a crucial moment. It never fails.

Ewww! But surely that’s just good for one game. How does he keep on winning?

By default. You think anybody else wants to touch the cards after that?
