Michelle, did you bring a Baggie?

Blog Dude, Is our new president doing anything to tighten his belt, or is he immune?

Yes, I think President Barack Obama is indeed cutting costs.

I want examples, not just your opinion.

Well, in this photo he’s meeting with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Instead of a big fancy lunch in a White House dining room, they’re having a picnic. Without food, it seems.

And look at the photo of Obama and his wife heading up to the family quarters after an official event. According to the White House folks, Obama still has a tortilla in his hand.

I’m guessing he’s saying, “Michelle, forget about making swanky frankies for dinner, I got us a whole pocket full of this stuff. Hey, you sneak back in and get some more!”

I see. But you don’t know for sure he’s saying that?

Not word for word, no.

Ah… between the title and the pictures, I thought this might be about their new dog, Bo. You know, they take him for a walk in the park, there’s no baggie to pick up the mess, the prez has to use his hand, and he takes it home to see what it’ll get him on E-bay…

I like the tortilla smuggling better…

Well, I’m no fan of the president…but I think someone should get the man some food. I mean…how sad is it when he has to steal a tortilla?
