In this particular instance, it seems this was a publicity photo from a remake of the popular TV series "Car 54 Where Are You," and until the final contracts are signed, we're not supposed to know that Chavez has been cast as Gunther Toody. Remember, you didn't hear this from me... M, we’ve noticed this before – the really good shots just aren’t for sale commercially.
