The poster boy for bad movie awards?

Jeez, Blog Guy, I’m getting so tired of all these movie awards. Okay, the Oscars are great, but I mean, there’s the Golden Globes, the Critics’ Choice, and on and on and on. What’s the WORST awards ceremony in the movie business?

I’d have to go with the Cardboard Poster Awards, which were just held a couple of days ago.

Yeah, it’s the poster boy for bad awards. Sure, they hire guys to sit behind the seats and move the pictures up and down, but even that gets boring after a couple of hours.

Cripes. Awards for posters! Who sponsors this, Blog Guy?

I believe it’s Billboard.

So who was the big winner this year?

As expected, Quentin Tarantino’s poster won “Most likely to make you wake up screaming,” so no surprises there.

But wasn’t Dustin Hoffman expected to get a Cardboard?

No, the judges said his cardboard performance was wooden.

Blog Guy, your item on this same thing last year was better.

I agree. Maybe readers should just go back to that one.

Unca…. here’s a hug for you…. I am beginning to think you need this on a daily basis as a part of your medication….

And Bob, come now, dont be so hard to family on this side of the pond…. Though I must say…. the only interest I get in these awards are the clothes and ofcourse the shoes….
