Sorry, but the question begging to be asked is: which bit are they smiling about? The Chihuahua? The joint? The operation?
Perhaps it’s the operation performed on a Chihuahua after the joint? I’m a bit confused…

Is it just me or when you see Chihuahua, do you want to mispronounce it deliberately? I mean, doesn’t “Chai-hua-hua” sound much funnier than “Chi-wa-wa”?
