News, but not the serious kind
The eight goofiest photos of 2010
I am thankful every single day for the photos I get to use in this blog.
Without them, I would just be another doofus trying to describe goofy stuff in words, and who needs that?
I’d be like, “Oh man, you should have seen Hillary’s face when Karzai pulled a quarter out of her ear!” Or like, “Queen Elizabeth was so cheesed off when Prince Charles described that cockroach he found in his haggis!”
That is why every December I select the most bizarre news photos of the year. I couldn’t do it without the help of the famous Goofy Face Museum and Doughnut Shop, which must really exist or else where would I get their logo down below?
For starters, the four shots at the top are instant classics of the goof genre, as is this one on the left, of Michelle Obama catching her husband with a doughnut.
Now let’s move on to the Big Three Goofiest Photos.
Third place goes to a fabulous shot showing that just when you think the worst thing about being a bullfighter is having to wear those sissy outfits, it turns out there’s something worse than that.
Number two is a gem. I guess when you really need a taco, you don’t mind eating it next to a dead guy under a blanket.
And the number one Goofiest Shot of 2010 was…
It was taken on January 1, 2010 by our Andy Clark, and I’ve used it at least six times in my blog. This man shown here is known to my readers as Eugene “Toilethead” Johnson, and he is a living legend.
As I mentioned the first time I used the photo, Andy says this guy was also carrying a chocolate bar for a prop. Use your imagination. I am the luckiest blogger in the world.
