Blog Guy, you never take vacations, do you? I notice you blog every day of the year. That’s quite a pace!
Yes, but honestly, blogging isn’t very hard work. I’m not in danger of dropping over from exhaustion or anything.
Anyway, I am finally going on a vacation, starting today. One of those space vacations, like in these pictures.
Gosh, aren’t those really expensive?
Not if you go stand-by. I’m gambling that a seat will open up before launch.
Will there be any new content in the blog while you’re in space?
There certainly will, although I understand Internet access is limited, so I will just be doing one item a day instead of my usual two. Do you normally think my blog is pretty entertaining?
No, not really.
Well, it will probably be much worse for the next few days.

Have a great vacation BG. I’m sure Lamar and that other guy will take care of us while you are gone. Maybe we’ll finally get some classy pictures and witty repertoire.

Surely your boy Lamar can write some code to scour the interwebs for pictures of funny faces, shoes, abs, and the pretty woman du jour. Said code could randomly generate some words, perhaps even witty ones, to go with the pictures. Finally, the code could post to your blog, maybe with an asterisk in the title or something to denote that it was generated by a machine. We almost wouldn’t even know you were gone BG!
Kidding of course, I don’t even know that I’ll be able to go to work knowing that there won’t be any “Oddly Enough” entertainment each afternoon.
BG, have you ever thought of bringing in a guest blogger for times like these? I’d like to volunteer either Dave or Unca for the position.
