Oddly Enough Blog
News, but not the serious kind
No, wait! I wanted the FUN seats!
Blog Guy, I’m a faithful reader of your blog and I’m hoping you can use your influence to get me tickets to the Copa America soccer matches now underway in Argentina.
Is there any chance you can get me in Paraguay’s section?
I guess I could pull a few strings. Let’s see, looks like I can put you in Peru’s section, in some really fine seats.
Er, Peru? I had really hoped to sit with Paraguay’s fans. Can you handle that?
Um, let’s see, I do have some pretty good seats left in Uruguay’s section. I think their fans are a lot of fun.
Uruguay, huh? No, I really, really am interested in Paraguay’s team.
I’ll see what I can do, but honestly I don’t know why you’d want to sit there.
I mean, I know there are a lot of hot models in that section, but they’re all wearing those flesh-colored rectangles my readers hate so much…
Just give me the tickets, Blog Guy. I’ll take my chances.

was that fun seats or fun bags you were after, BG?
keep us abreast of the ticket search
Not in bulk, no. They are custom-made for each model. I understand it’s quite a sought-after job.
Those are some really smart melons there.
If Paraguay don’t win the Copa America, they’ll probably still win the Coppa Doppia (double) Larissa!
Darn you MS Paint! Darn you straight to heck!
I must express my disappointment in a haiku;
Oh rectangle why?
The view is ruined by you.
Imagination!
@Ifly: You stole my words.
Copa. Copa Casaba… (humming)
Well, it’s quieter than vuvuzelas, but just as distracting.
Oh, my goodness….
Now, what country is that we’re talking about again?
And, can I retire to there?
@Spin, oh yes I could imagine some kid going up to his/her mother all “Mommy, why don’t you have rectangles like the girls in the pictures?” lol
Maybe it’s just my circular thinking….but wouldn’t circles rather than rectangles seem more appropriate for soccer fans?
BG, are there any kids reading your blog?? I thought your blog was taken out of school curriculum’s what with my rule of “No learning, No teaching”…
@ifly, @Spin, in response to your haikus.
Remove rectangles:
Just google Paraguay fan -
Larissa Riquelme!
And another one:
Salmon bars are back:
They spoil the view for many
but protect the kids!
Malteser is right
Google is way way better
For viewing cleavage.
Google has a PLUS,
No, not the social network:
the better pictures!
But there’s a MINUS;
Unlike the Oddly Blog,
Google: NO COMMENT!
one word: kavorka, the lure of the a-nee-mal.
Ah bah, all the boys get their eye-candy…
Dont they always, Spin?
