I was in Agra too as one of those hoping that this would be a watershed in Indo-Pakistan relations, but it was not to be. Both were to blame. Indian government hosted the summit without any preparation, thinking one meeting will remove all the problems. It is not possible. Pakistan tried to upstage India with Musharraf speaking to journalists which was broadcast on TV on how to solve all the problems betwen the two countries. How can you conduct diplomacy via journalists who also have their own agendas.
I feel the two countries are still trying to do the same thing, without really trying to make peace

What else could have been expected. There seems a never-ending conflict between the two countries. We can find faults in each one involved and praise for so many other but the bottomlline line is that nobody, probably wants a resolution because no one wants to mellow down. And when it comes to Kashmir, its some kind of Hen that would lay golden eggs so no one would really want a solution.
