And the war goes on and supply trucks now get exploded after the toll has been paid. And all this to pull the GI's and lethal equiment out safely. Why not apologise to Talibans now; the lady has no problems to do the job for the President!

Where are those who said there would be no deal done?

Pakistan needs the transit fees far more than NATO needs the discounts.

For the usa there is ray of light in the tunnel; to withdraW ITS TROOPS AND eQUIPMENT out of Afghanistan via the relative safer route. The repeat of Vietnam has been avoided, thanks to clintonians diplomacy at the last minute! The BBC Reporterin is the first to speak out that Pakistan highway is needed for the withdrawl and no longer required for supplies to Afghanistan. As you rightly said none of the other problems have been resolved, with the exception that Pakistan miitary shall try to provide the security(whatever this means) to the GREAT MARINES to get out of the region. ADIOS!
