		<description>If you are SURPRISED by enemy fire and must IMMEDIATELY return fire, you do NOT necessarily have time to don your vest and helmet. Although the seconds you spare to put on a helmet may save your live, the seconds you waste not shooting the enemy may give your comrades time to armor up.</description>

For whatever reason, they still fire their AKs from the hip. That soldier had been strap on his gear. Can't expect to get that lucky again.</description>
