My son was stationed over in Camp Lowell for the past 4 months. I tried to find informtion about Camp Lowell but, I wasn’t successful. He did send me a link from ABC News that shed a little light on the environment and living conditions. Although, my son is still in Afghanistan, he says he is in a better place and that is Bostick. I can ONLY hope he is safe nd stays that way until he comes home.

hi im a spc currently deployed at cop lowell i had the pleasure of taking steve up 2 trp 7 thank u 4 telling the american people and people around the world what its like here it finally dried up with spring approaching and we finally got internet the fight is picking back up again but a few more months to go till i get home

Our organization-Coquina Crossing Troop Support (part of Florida Veterans Programs & Projects, Inc) have been sending care packages to “our boys” there now for a year and a half. It’s certainly tough life in Afghanistan especially for sophisticated-living Americans back home. Grim pictures of shelling and austere conditions underlined the adverse conditions an American soldier has to face, unnecessarily. Well, let’s hope Obama will not let everybody down, and in good time.

I feel very bad for the average people of Afghanistan. These people were caught in the cross fire of Russian weapons for years and now the United States.It is always the innocent “many” that must suffer for the dirty deeds of the “few”.

“The ice cream bar is gone, along with gatorade, Cokes and Red Bulls.” Well, you don’t need an armchair imbed like me telling you it could be far worse. Stay safe over there. Great work. Were these images all with the Mark II prior to the puddle splash? I’ve got two words for every imbed not packing a 1d or D3: CAMERA ARMOR. The only catch is I’m not sure if they make it for the Mark II yet…
