What is the draw with them little critters? At $2300/lb I don’t suppose there are many of us who are going to be offering eel-wings on the next SuperBowl Sunday. Who buys these little guys and what do folks do with them? Here in Kentucky I’m thinkin’ they would be beer-battered and deep fried with a hand full of jalipenos (wow – murdered that one! Don’t believe I’ve ever had to spell that – guess it shows). But what do real people do with them?? Let me guess, some country in the far East imports them where they are used as an asphordiasiac (twice in one paragraph – I’m on a roll).

But, seriously, WHY? They don’t look like they would be long in the taste department … maybe they tickle on the way down ????? Think I could get a couple bucks’ worth somewhere just to try ’em out before I throw down large cash??

But, good job, Joel. I can appreciate a guy who takes his gear out in the rain!
