Nuclear reactions DO NOT take place in turbine halls! All the nuclear reactions take place in nuclear reactors. The steam from the steam generators is transmitted via pipes to the turbines in the turbine halls.

This carelessness with facts causes me to see the article as nothing but ill-informed emotion which should be ignored.
