Bribed officials do not make decisions that harm the hands that feed them. The system is inherently corrupt. He's still got some worthwhile points to make, and it's interesting that all the candidates seem to be homing in on "truth" and "honesty" as the hot buzz-words for Iowa at the moment. There certainly is a credibility deficit in Washington at the moment...
