That doesn't seem to point to a rosy future for the employees in America. I guess it shouldn't surprise too many people that the Enronization of the subprime mortgages has caused an Enron-style meltdown, although it is quite unfortunate for the people who still have mortgages and are facing foreclosure with Bear Stearns' subsidiaries. I'm slightly more concerned how they will come out of this. So this move on the part of JPMorgan seems to be guided by their desire to expand in Asia?
