"On Wednesday, the Wall Street Journal reported that Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly is the unnamed large pharmaceutical company that ImClone chairman Carl Icahn said offered $6.1 billion, or $70 per share, three weeks ago." (AP)

... it would seem there's only two players at the table: Lilly and Bristol-Myers.

I could be wrong/confused, of course, but I don't think so.</description>
