I will never purchase a FIAT or Chrysler product and will try to talk anyone I know into not buying those products ever again. I can't believe they think canceling franchise agreements with dealers who have had their product lines in family owned businesses for generations is going to save them. Again, small business owners must pick up the slack for Washington's mess. Much less the thousands of employees who will lose their jobs not because their dealership laid them off, but because Fiat thinks Chrysler will be more profitable by having less dealerships. Most people who were going to buy a Dodge truck or Jeep will just switch to Ford because the dealership is close to their homes or offices. What a waste. Bankruptcy court, you got to love it. Donald Trump does.

Is there CRIMINAL government SUBVERSION of bankruptcy court?? When a company goes bankrupt arent ALL its obligations discharged equally without preference or prejudice. So by what government slight-of-hand does the UAW swap debt (NOT equity - remember they have ZERO invested) for ownership equity, but real creditors who have loaned real money get blown off by government???An Obama administration official said the task force had to accommodate the UAW. "You have to remember we need the workers to come to work every day," the official said.... IS THIS A JOKE? Accommodate?? Those workers have no where else to go on this planet that will pay them even half of what they are now paid.Quote -- But others agreed with the criticism that the Obama administration was trying to subvert long-held principles of corporate restructuring and legal precedents.Interesting -- many are arguing that any government that subverts the law to justify its objective is a LAWLESS GOVERNMENT of a lawless country? Whats next? Perhaps this is no longer about "saving" Chrysler.

Perhaps Cerberus should have to cough up some money here. I wasn't aware they owned so many things. Very interesting.

Why do we keep trying to save our form of capitalism? It is so greatly flawed.
