Sheila Bair is too bureaucratic and is certainly overstepping her bounds. I even question the constant closing of banks and assets turned over to another. Government is the problem. Let Citibank recover without more meddling. Has Ms. Bair no concern for shareholders and the possible negative effect on the market that her arbitrary actions would have????????????
