I WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE DISCUSSION ON HOW THE COUNTRY IS GOING TO SOLVE THE BOTTLENECK MEDICAL PROBLEM THAT IS GOING TO HIT THE COUNTRY IN THE NEXT TEN YEARS.THE CURRENT MEDICAL SYSTEM IS SO CORRUPTED. THE POINTS OF THE MEDICAL TRIDENT, THE HMOS,THE GOVT, AND THE PRIVATE ARE LEAVING THE MAIN ACTOR OUT OF THE PICTURE. THAT ACTOR IS THE CIVIL POPULATION (MILITARY HAS A FANTASTIC SYSTEM), AND THAT ACTOR IS LOOKING IMPOTENTLY HOW THE TRIDENT TAKES THE LITTLE MEDICAL BENEFITS THEY EARNED. COMPANIES ARE TRYING TO SAVE VIA MEDICAL CUTS. IT IS WELL KNOWN THAT UNIONS ARE NOT INVOLVED DUE TO CORRUPTED PACTS WITH RETAIL COMPANIES.WALMARIZATION OF OTHER COMPANIES ARE TAKING AWAY THE LITTLE COMPANIES GIVE. BLAMING UNDOCUMENTED WORKERS IS ONE SHORT-SIGHT SOLUTION TO COVER THE REAL PROBLEM.

Yes, with respect to the honorable souls working at Reuters I would like to see more accurate expression of the 86 percent of votrs in America who demand congress do the honorable thing. In my city of vancouver we have aircraft dumping c.h.e.m.i.c.a.l.s. in the sky and there is a complete media blackout. This was America….now it’s a place where respected journalists talk in coded blogs about who should replace the president after the citzens take back thier government from the ‘new underworld order’.. so, is anyone from reuters going to report the storey of the century?… or shall we see what happens when the honest police officers begin refusing to soot lawful protesters emerging from the younger generation… i expect nothing will be done of course… so look for me as the plumber with his arms folded and his eyes diverted down when you flip through the yellow pages one day to hire an honest man to fix your crumbling ediface… bye

I just finished reading Jui Chakravorty’s article on GM’s new Volt electric car. I find this whole thing very interesting, my son came home about two weeks ago with a movie he wanted me to see ” Who Killed The Electric Car”. I would be very interested to hear some investagative reporting on that movie, by what I saw, we already have, and have had the technology to be off FORIEGN OIL DEPENDENCE that is holding OUR United States of America hostage. Let that dust bowl over there dry up and blow away, if we only needed oil for heating i’m sure we could find enough in the gulf of mexico,Ok.& Alaska to cover us. COVER UP ?

The above is an example of what a great president can do. The United States needs a great president in the next election that will take care of the United States. We need to take care of our infrastructure, reduce our dependency on oil, increase the value of the dollar against the Pound and Euro, and remove illegal aliens.
Which President nominee is willing to say I will do this?
This needs too be asked of all President nominees.

The USA continues to embrace policies openly prejudicial against gays and lesbians, even as EU countries have eliminated similar policies. For example, U.S. Immigration refuses to allow gay Americans the right to sponsor their foreign partners for a visa. The Uniting American Families Act (H.R. 2221) has been pending in Congress for the past 7 years. The act would change immigration laws and allow gays and lesbians to sponsor their foreign partners.

The Los Angeles Times July 16, 2007 carried an in depth article about the UAFA and detailed the suffering of 40,000 American gays with foreign partners. My partner and I were one of the couples included in the article: at age 67, I moved to Barcelona, Spain so I could join my partner of 6 years.

I encourage Reuters to pick up this story, which illustrates the intolerable homophobia embedded in U.S. statutes. America is not a land of liberty and justice for gays and lesbians. It is an international disgrace.
