China’s iPad release: no calamity, no crowds

Apple is at last selling its new iPad in China.  But the lines aren’t what they used to be – with many instead reserving their iPads online. And frankly, a lot of mainland buyers have already got one in hand, smuggled in from Hong Kong.  Melanie Lee reports in Shanghai.
