Better off alone? Europe’s regions ask the question

Europe is seeing a resurgence of separatist sentiment from Scotland to Catalonia. Reuters European Affairs Editor Paul Taylor says solidarity is splintering as economic crisis prompts some regions to ask whether they would be better off on their own.
